Smiling in the Rain

Hello, and happy Saturday. Today I have another Anthony & Burt card for you. You can find these adorable stamps and other fine products on the Crafter's Companion site. I used the Spectrum Noir Markers to color this image. They also have a very good video on how to use the markers. I found it very informative.
